In Warragul, we are nearing the end of the demolition phase as we prepare to transform the site into a purpose-built psychiatry clinic. This milestone marks another step forward in our commitment to strengthening healthcare infrastructure where it’s needed most, right in the communities we serve.
Demolition Phase
Recently, we reached an important milestone with the completion of the demolition phase. While often overlooked, demolition is a crucial step in any healthcare fitout project. It allows us to strip the site back, assess structural elements, and prepare a clean, safe foundation for construction. This stage ensures that every aspect of the new build aligns with current healthcare standards, compliance requirements, and the specific operational needs of the future clinic.
Warragul, Victoria
Regional communities like Warragul are experiencing steady growth, and with that comes an increased need for accessible, well-designed healthcare facilities particularly in the mental health sector. Too often, patients in regional areas are required to travel significant distances to access specialised care. By delivering a purpose-driven medical fitout in Warragul, this project aims to bring essential psychiatry services closer to home, reducing barriers to access and supporting the wellbeing of the local community.
A key feature of this project is the adaptive reuse of an existing residential property. House conversions are becoming an increasingly valuable approach in healthcare construction, particularly in regional settings.
