From concept to completion

Every construction and fitout project is unique, with its own challenges. However, they can typically be broken down into the following chronological stages:

At the start of every project, we consult with our clients to get to know their specific requirements.
After a site visit and considering all that is needed for the project, we provide a detailed estimate.
A contract is then issued and followed by the initial deposit.
We plan and design the fitout according to our client’s requirements while complying with all regulations and construction codes.
After design approvals, we go for the construction process, wherein our clients are always in the loop with the latest developments.
Lastly, we want our clients to be totally satisfied with our workmanship, so we’ll carry out a final walkthrough with them before asking for final payment. Once that’s settled, we’ll happily hand over the keys to their new clinic!

Initial Consultation

We start by taking the time to get to know you, your business and all the requirements for the project.

Site Acquisition

After considering your project’s requirements, our staff can assist with accessing prospective sites. We use our experience and council knowledge to offer our advice before moving forward.

Planning & Test Fit

Whilst working closely with you, the design team will capture the requirements for your practice and test fit layouts to suit your needs.

Quotation

After considering your project’s requirements, we provide a preliminary estimate with all your specified finishes and inclusions. We use our experience to offer our advice before moving forward with a detailed quotation.

We go over your quotation with you and are available to answer any questions. We confirm inclusions in relation to budget and ensure cost effective ways to achieve the end project.

Contract

A contract is issued,followed by the initial deposit.We prepare and lodge the revevant applications for approval to your local authority.

Design

Soulmed recognise the importance of the creating a functional and attractive clinic, We strive to maximise the floor plan to improve business success, whilst complying will regulation and construction code.

We place a strong focus on construction methodology and efficiency, whilst ensuring the the aesthetics of a design are maintained.

Council Permits & Town Planning

Soulmed act as in the representative, and we work closely with a number of the local municipals, and have a established a strong understanding of the process and procedures required to ensure all your permits are in place for construction to be carried out.

Construction Phase

Soulmed provide strong project management knowledge to drive the success of your project.Our culture is to provide regular communication & site meeting,
leading you throughout the whole building procss for total peace of mind.

Handover

We will carry out a Final walkthrough to your satisfaction of our workmanship. After settling your final payment, it’s our pleasure to hand you the keys to uour clinic.
