Today, we’re taking you behind the scenes at the Ramlegh Springs Medical Centre build, giving you a glimpse into the progress so far and what’s coming next.

Progress in Full Swing

If you had walked through the site recently, you would have seen a hive of activity. In our video below, you will get a chance to see when we officially hit that exciting mid-project milestone, where multiple trades were working together to bring the space to life.

Plastering was well underway, transforming the framework into defined rooms and hallways. It’s one of those stages where the building really starts to “feel” like a medical centre, rather than just a construction site.

At the same time, insulation was being installed throughout each room. This isn’t just about temperature control, it plays a crucial role in acoustics and sound privacy, which is especially important in a healthcare setting. Patients and practitioners alike will benefit from quieter, more comfortable spaces designed with care.

Behind the Walls: Essential Services Taking Shape

While much of the visible progress is exciting, there’s also a lot happening behind the scenes. Our electricians and plumbers completed their rough-ins, laying the groundwork for essential systems that will keep the centre running smoothly.

These early installations are critical. They ensure that, once complete, the medical centre will be safe, efficient, and fully equipped to meet the needs of both staff and patients.
