At SoulMED, every project begins with intent, and the Ramlegh Springs Medical Centre is no exception. It is a carefully considered medical fitout taking shape within Ramlegh Springs Village in Clyde North, designed to serve a growing and evolving community.
The site began as a raw, empty shell. Today, it marks the early stages of transformation into a purpose-built medical clinic.
From Vision to Reality
Before construction commenced, we worked closely with our client on their design goals. The layout, colour palette, material selections, and branding were developed to support both clinical performance and patient experience. Each decision was made with longevity and adaptability in mind, ensuring every detail of the space remains relevant and functional well into the future.
The planning phase focused not just on aesthetics, but on how the clinic will operate day to day. Patient flow, practitioner efficiency, compliance requirements, and spatial clarity were carefully balanced to create an environment that feels intuitive rather than imposed.
Aligning vision and execution is central to our process. When design intent is clear from the outset, construction can progress with confidence and precision.
Construction is Underway!
Construction works have officially commenced and the transformation is well underway. Temporary lighting has been installed to allow trades to navigate the space safely and efficiently, marking the first shift from empty shell to active build environment.
Steel framing is currently being erected, and with it, the clinic’s layout is beginning to take physical form. Walls are rising and consultation rooms are swiftly taking shape, an important milestone where drawings start to translate into lived space.
Building with Purpose
Medical fitouts demand a high level of discipline. They require strict adherence to regulation, thoughtful detailing, and an understanding of how people move through and experience space.
At Ramlegh Springs Medical Centre, our focus remains on building a clinic that feels calm, efficient, and quietly confident. Not over-designed. Not purely technical. But considered, in proportion, in materiality, and in execution.
As construction progresses, our role is to maintain clarity and consistency. To ensure that each development, detail, and decision contributes to the bigger picture.
Looking Ahead
While the project is still in its early stages, the direction is set. The groundwork, both literal and conceptual, has been laid for a medical space that will serve its community with integrity and intention.
