Eligible Referrals

Referral bonuses apply only to genuine new clients who:

• are not already in our CRM, pipeline, or database;
• are not currently in discussions with us;
• have not previously engaged us for the same project; and
• have not already been referred by another party.

Eligibility is determined at our discretion.

Valid Referral Method

Referrals must be submitted via email introduction as outlined above.

Phone calls, text messages, verbal referrals, social media introductions, or indirect referrals will not qualify unless followed by a qualifying email introduction.

One Referral Bonus Per Client

Only one referral bonus is payable per client/project.

If multiple parties refer the same client, the referral bonus will be awarded to the first qualifying introduction received.

Referral Validity

Referrals remain valid for 12 months from the date of introduction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No Fee Sharing

Referral bonuses must not be shared, rebated, credited, or passed on to the client directly or indirectly without our written approval.

No Self-Referrals

Referral bonuses are not payable for:

• self-referrals;
• related entities;
• employees or immediate family members of the client; or
• arrangements intended to improperly obtain referral payments.

Payment Conditions

Referral payments are only made once:

• the client has signed a formal agreement; and
• cleared deposit funds have been received in full.

Quotes, meetings, proposals, or negotiations alone do not qualify for payment.

Right to Reject Referrals

We reserve the right to reject referrals or withhold payment where:

• the referral does not comply with these terms;
• misleading or unethical conduct is suspected; or
• the client cancels or fails to proceed with the project.

Program Changes

We may amend, suspend, or terminate the referral program or these terms at any time without notice.
